Technical requirements for the KDS eClassroom for teachers

You need a computer and a broadband internet connection to access the KDS eClassroom. For slower internet connections, audio-only lectures are available in place of video. Lectures are "streamed" — not downloaded — and do not require memory on your hard drive, nor do they take a long time to load.

Make certain that your monitor's screen resolution is set to at least 1024x768 pixels:

PC Mac
  1. Right-click on your desktop
  2. Select Properties
  3. Select Settings
  4. Slide the bar to 1024 x 768 Pixels
  5. Select Apply then select OK
  6. Select OK again if it asks you to confirm your choice
  1. Choose System Preferences either from the doc or from the apple drop-down
  2. Choose Displays
  3. Select 1024 X 768 from the resolution list
