KDS does not offer refunds based on customer dissatisfaction. Refunds will only be issued if the KDS software did not function properly through no fault of the customer or the customers computer hardware or internet connection. Customer must notify KDS in writing of any technical problem with the KDS software and, if KDS is not able to resolve the technical problem, KDS will issue a refund within forty five (45) days from the date of such resolution.
